Certain types of asbestos remediation and removal can be carried out by contractors who do not hold an HSE asbestos Licence.
To carry out such works the contractors involved must ensure that the works have been suitably assessed, planned and adequate controls and personal protective equipment have been provided. The operatives carrying out the works must be adequately trained to do the works to ensure that the materials are removed and disposed of safely and to conform with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

We can provide guidance and training on all types of non licensed and notifiable non licensed works carried out by contractors not holding an HSE license.
